Hasil Rapat Paripurna Pembahasan Masalah Kenaikan BBM

Jumat, 30 maret 2012 diadakan Siding paripurna untuk membahas rencana penaikan harga BBM bersubsidi digedung parlemen Jakarta.
Dalam acara siding suasana cukup menegangkan, para praksi-praksi yang ada di persidangan saling mengajukan intrupsi untuk memberi tanggapan atas penentuan kenaikan harga BBM.
Sebagai Ketua DPR, Marzuki Alie sebagai pemimpin siding terlihat sedikit kebingungan menghadapi / menanggapi berbagai pendapat dari para anggota fraksi.
Dalam siding ini akan menentukan apakah harga BBM akan dinaikkan per tanggal 1 April 2012, sehubungan dengan bergejolaknya aksi-aksi demonstrasi dari berbagai mahasiswa, elemen dan masyarakat menolak kenaikan harga BBM.
Dalam siding paripurna masalah Kenaikan BBM akan ditentukan dengan 2 Opsi yaitu adanya pasal 7 ayat 6 dan pasal 7 ayat 6a Undang-undang APBN 2012.

Setelah Menyampaikan 2 Opsi ini, Terjadilah Hujan Intrupsi yang dilakukan para anggota-anggota dewan. Sampai jam 12 tengah malam kedua Opsi ini belum dapat ditentukan.
Ketua Fraksi dari Partai PDI Perjuangan Meminta agar opsi Pertama di hilangkan untuk voting karena semua fraksi sudah menyetujui adanya pasal 7 ayat 6.
Namun, Ketua Sidang Marzuki Alie Tetap Akan Melakukan Voting Pada 2 Opsi, yaitu
Opsi Pertama “Tidak ada perubahan apapun dalam RUU APBN-P 2012 Ayat 7 Pasal 6 yang isinya tidak memperbolehkan pemerintah menaikan Harga BBM".
Dan Opsi Kedua menerima Penambahan pasal 7 Ayat 6a yang isinya adalah pemerintah mengubah harga BBM jika harga Minyak MentahIndonesia Crude Price” (ICP) mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan rata-rata 15 % dalam jangka kurun waktu 6 bulan.
Dari kedua Opsi di atas dilakukan voting untuk menentukan antara kedua Opsi tersebut.
Setelah voting dilakukan makan penghasilan voting diperoleh untuk Opsi pertama jumlah voting setuju sebanyak 82 orang sedangkan untuk opsi ke dua voting setuju sebanyak 356 orang. Selama session voting, partai PDI perjuangan lebih memilih walkout.
Hasil Voting sudah ditentukan maka hasil akhir dari siding paripurna membahas tentang rencana kenaikan BBM pertanggal 1 April Di tunda hingga menunggu 6 bulan kedepan.

Walikota Tanjung Balai datangkan 2 Profesor dan Guru Besar dari USU

NSN/Tanjung Balai - Pada Rabu 28 /02/2012 Walikota Tanjung balai mengadakan Diseminasi Hukum Ketatanegaraan dan Pembangunan Ekonomi Masyarakat/Politik dan strategi Pemerintah Prespektif hukum dan manajemen.
Dalam acara itu walikota juga mengundang 2 Guru Besar dari Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). Prop.Dr.M.Solly Lubis SH dan Guru Besar Pasca Sarjana Usu Medan Prop. Drs.Bachtiar Hasan Miraza Guru besar fakultas Ekonomi usu Medan.
Pada acara tersebut juga dihadiri para undangan dari lembaga pemerintahan, dan pegawai dan beserta staff plus sekotamadya Tanjung Balai.
Adapun tujuan dari acara ini diadakan oleh walikota agar kota tanjung balai menjadi kota yang lebih Baik, lebih sejahtera dan menjadi kota yang makmur dalam segala bidang.

Wali kota tanjung Balai Drs. H. Tamrin Munthe ,M.Hum mengajak seluruh kalangan masyarakat tanjung balai beserta pemerintahannya agar ikut serta mendukung dan mensukseskan supaya tercapai kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Dalam hal itu walikota tanjung balai mengundang 2 Guru besar dari USU untuk Memberikan program-program kepada Pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan
Perekonomian disegala bidang agar tercapainya kota tanjung balai sebagai kota yang lebih baik dan maju.
Adapun program-progam tersebut yang berhubungan dengan hukum ketatanegaraan, pembangunan, ekonomi dan manajemen.
