Enter the Era of Liberalization of Postal Services

Liberalization is expected to grow the private express delivery enterprises, mostly small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

As known, in article 4 of this Act set about organizing rules perposan. It's just for mentioning this Act, that the organizer is a business entity incorporated in Indonesia. Article 11 mentions the postal operator can work with: the postal operator in the country, organizers of the post of foreign, domestic enterprises and foreign business entities.

Special to the requirements of a foreign postal administration are obliged to cooperate with the organizers of the post in the country. Cooperation can be through joint ventures with majority shares owned postal operator in the country, but organizers of the post in the country who will work their shares should not be owned by citizens / foreign business entities that are affiliated with the postal operator in the country.
